The eOne-Sixty is the headline grabber of the Merida eBike range, for three generations it has been winning tests, gathering accolades, and generally hogging the limelight!

However, the eOne-Forty and eOne-Sixty share the same frame and design features but have different ride characteristics.

The shock stroke on the eOne-Forty is shorter, reducing rear travel to 133mm and creating a steeper seat angle. The shorter 140mm fork extends the reach and delivers a slightly steeper head angle. In combination these slight changes make the eOne-Forty more agile and playful, a highly competent climber and perfect for all day riding.

The mixed wheel size set up is carried over, to give the electric full suspension bikes precise steering, fantastic ‘rolling over obstacles’ behaviour yet maximum traction, a 29er front wheel with a 2.5″ tyre is combined with a 650B rear wheel, equipped with a slightly wider 2.6″ tyre. The perfect combination of precision, playfulness, and traction.

All eOne-Forty models use the powerful new Shimano EP8 85NM motor and bigger 630Wh battery (except for S frame sizes which use 504Wh).

Shimano’s e-Tube app allows you to tailor power delivery to suit your riding style, and even set two profiles, one for shredding and one for cruising.
